Former UGA Wide Receiver
Edwards' 3,093 receiving yards from 1999 to 2002 still stands as the most in program history. Edwards is also at the top of Georgia's record books with 204 career reception, most yards in a season (1,004), touchdown receptions for a career (30), touchdown receptions in a season (11 in 2002) and most receptions by a senior (59).

Edwards was signed by the Atlanta Falcons on April 29, 2003. After being sidelined in the 2004 NFL season, Edwards signed with the Toronto Argonaults and went on to play 9 seasons in the Canadian football league. In addition to his time in Toronto, he played with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Montreal Alouettes. He retired from the Canadian Football league in 2007 with 508 receptions for 7,637 yards and 47 touchdowns placing him in the top five in each of these categories.

Edwards currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, Candace, his two boys, Terrence II (9) and Troy (8), and his daughter Cadence (2). His passion for youth and football is clear. In April of 2015, he started the TE Wide Receiver Academy to help young wide receivers become better student athletes. "If you are willing to learn, I'm willing to teach," he states
