Run, jump, climb, crawl and race through the streets and parks of downtown Worcester and compete in the third annual Woo Challenge! A 5K, 20+ obstacle course race that starts and ends on the Worcester Common. The Woo Challenge OCR welcomes racers and runners at every level. Groups, teams, families and individual runners are encouraged! There's something for everyone in the family - a Kids Woo Challenge sponsored by Fidelity Bank, for 5-10 year olds featuring 10 obstacles right on the Common and a full course family heat. Not racing? Enjoy the games and activities on the Common including music, food, drink, games and activities and of course, cheer on the racers at the finish line in the free family festival sponsored by Worcester Railers HC from 9am - 1pm.
Several food trucks will be on site including Big T's Jerky House BBQ, Talyta's Cafe, Captain Ron's Catering, John's Dogs, & Fidelity Ice Cream Truck.

How much is the race?
The price is $65, day of registrations are $75. Family heat is $35.00 for adults and $15.00 per child. Kiddie Woo Challenge ($15, includes t-shirt and medal and unlimited use to the course.
I joined a team but the heat time is closed. Can I still run with my team?
Yes you can still run with your team. Make sure to select the team you would like to join when you register and we will make sure the entire team runs in one heat. In the event that the team is too large for one heat the team will be divided into two or more heats.
How old do I have to be to run?
You must be 10 years of age on race day to run the Woo Challenge. Participants between 10 years or older are also welcome to run the family heat but must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
Can I get a refund if I cannot run?
Sorry but refunds will not available.
What time should I arrive and what should I bring?
Please arrive one hour before your heat time. This will give you enough time to park, pick up your bib, warm up and get to the starting line. You will need your ID to check in and receive your bib.

Can spectators come to watch me run?
Spectators are free and encouraged to enjoy the festival. The best locations for spectators are the start/finish at Worcester Common and Institute Park.
